Bisnow.com reported yesterday on why retailers are attracted to the space being leased in the new Redstone Shopping Center near the Lowe’s Home Improvement store at the corner of Hwy 160 and Hwy 521. The rapid population growth and number of new businesses moving to the area are a big attraction for retailers. The article also shared some of the tenants anticipated to open space in the shopping center which will also contain a movie theater. New restaurants include Z’s Amazing Kitchen, Viva Chicken, WAFU Japanese Steakhouse, Penn Station East Coast Subs and Menchie’s.
